Note: Tuesdays are catered towards beginners although is a class for all.

The Club offers training to people from all walks of life, young, old, male and female. We pride ourselves in providing good solid training for strength, fitness, confidence, self-defence and competition.


The majority of our members train to gain strength, fitness and confidence. Some train to compete in local Muay Thai competitions. No matter what your preference may be, we can definitely satisfy your needs. 

We hold sessions for new members/beginners on Tuesdays, so if you wish to start, please come to any of our Tuesday sessions which starts at 5.30pm. If you are unable to attend Tuesdays, send us an email via the "Contact" page and we will contact you with possible alternate times.

We aim to

  • Provide a safe and friendly environment for all members

  • Maintain discipline but also ensure all members enjoy the training provided
